On Saturday, July 10, Dennis had some extra company on his regular early (6 am) morning trip to the Halifax Farmer’s Market.  A camera crew was getting some shots for an upcoming video production for the Restaurant Association of Nova Scotia.   Dennis was the first chef in the production’s line up as he chose to feature his mouthwatering strawberry shortcake… his grandmother’s recipe!  The video should be available for viewing sometime later this year.
